Dr. Sandra Mann, a Rhodesian, studied Optometry at the Technikon Witwatersrand School of Optometry in South Africa, where she graduated at the top of her class.After practicing for a short time in South Africa and Zimbabwe, she passed her licensing examinations in Great Britain and came to Texas. Here she continued her optometric studies at the University of Houston College of Optometry, where she graduated with the highest grade point average in her class.
